St. Luke's ECW

St. Luke's ECW is an organization which provides the women of the church an opportunity to gather for
fellowship, service, and learning.

The ECW raises money through an annual bake sale in conjunction with the Men’s Club barbecue and held
its third annual Flea Market in October, 2007.   Money raised is used for parish needs (such as the organ
repair fund, new choir robes and Eucharistic hangings), for outreach (such as Penelope House) and for
spiritual and Christian education opportunities (such as the ECW Blue Lake Conference or the diocesan
annual weekend silent retreat).

ECW meetings include time to connect with and time to learn from a fellow member of the ECW, a speaker
or visitor.  If you are a woman of St. Luke’s and are looking for a group where you can have fun, reach out
and learn, then consider coming to the ECW’s quarterly meetings.  Contact the president, Linda Turnipseed
for more information.
Whoever you are, wherever you find yourself on your journey of
faith...there is a place here for you.
